Have been a Talisman user for many years. When they decided to move to the new web Talisman Front Office, because of the nature of their business it was necessary to go live for all 130 users spread across their offices on the same day. All Eden Brown users had training on a duplicate system with live data so they were ready for the switch over. Friday when the Eden Brown consultants went home we set to work to change settings and make sure all was ready for the change over. On Monday when they came in all went ......remarkably smoothly. There were little if any issues to resolve and consultants could just get on with their job.

As the UK's leading provider in their marketplace they process up to 8,000 timesheets a week. To enable them to process this volume in a timely manner they were the lead partner in specifying the current Talisman Timesheet Entry module. This provides a split-screen to enter data from the faxed timesheet image which is then automatically attached to invoices. They are currently trialling the ICR timesheet entry system.

AnzUK Teachers
A specialist Agency providing temporary Teaching and Support staff for Primary and Secondary schools in the UK and Australia. AnzUK were looking for a recruitment solution that could be used by UK and Australian staff sharing a common database to replace a mix of PC based applications and a payroll bureau. They chose Talisman as the web interface meant that it could be assessed from anywhere. Beacon provided a secure VPN system that protected their data while giving full access. AnzUK use a Talisman Tier 1 hosted systems to run the Front Office as well as the managed Back Office to meet their Payroll and Invoicing requirements.
